Praxis Society, Medicine Hat

In the SE Alberta region, ASN’s programs are delivered by Praxis - an independent society that has provided services to Science Teachers in SE Alberta for more than 20 years and is a valued partner of the Alberta Science Network. The Praxis Society's vision is to provide positive science experiences and support to SE Alberta residents, especially youth, through facilitating or providing access to science and technology resources. 
Programs offered by Praxis include:

• Family Science Olympics

• Science Smarts weekly articles in the Medicine Hat News

• Operation Minerva (program for grade 9 girls)
